Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the quotation given is required to start any work.

No deposits or payments made can be refunded once the project has started. A statutory 7 day cooling off period applies to all projects and the build will not be started until this time has elapsed and we receive a second phase of approval from the client.

Balance
The balance must be paid within 30 days of the deposit being paid or within a pre-approved period even if the project is incomplete.
If a project is delayed due to the clients pending material, images or text all balances must be made in full within 30 days of the deposit being paid.

Dormant Project
If a project is left incomplete due to the client failing to pass on material to complete, this shall remain dormant and inactive until the hosting or domain expire or the client passes on the required material/text needed to finish the project. On hosting or domain expiry an invoice for services shall be given to renew the hosting plan. If payment is not received within 30 days of expiry the domain and hosting shall be removed from our system.

Quotation & Additional Costs
The quotation given is an estimate for the work we think is necessary to complete the project to the clients specification. Any changes to that specification before or whilst the project is being built will be subject to further costs as quoted at the time of enquiry. These may be billed separately to the original invoice.

Domain renewal & Hosting
The client will be required to re-register the domain name/s they have purchased within 12 months for a .com. org or 24 months for a .co.uk or org.uk
Failure to register the domain will allow it to expire and a further 30 days grace is given but will be lodged in to a redemption period. To request an expired domain from redemption period may cost an additional £100 - £150.
The client will be required to renew their hosting service for their website and domain every twelve months. This invoice must be paid before the expiry date. If a hosting plan has expired there will be a admin fee of £35 to reconnect your service.
An email invoice will be sent to the registered email address we have in file, if we do not receive a response we will not re-email
Clients must inform the company of any changes to the details immediately.

Handover
A project will not be handed over and made live until the full amount of the balance has been received.

Statutory Rights
The clients statutory rights are not affected
